Correction #1: Living room has a double-paned window (strike item "6) 
Living Room:", on list, below).

Addendum #1: Kitchen is missing one drawer.
Addendum #2: Kitchen drawers were previously urinated in.
Addendum #3: Kitchen drawers and cupboards are infested by mold.
Addendum #4: Apartment has cockroaches.
Addendum #5: Apartment complex has unresolved bedbug problem.
