Richard Henson was on the premises at 0715 this morning, honking his 
horn, parked in the parking space for 4B.

I have a daughter home sick, with tonsillitis, and he woke her up.

I realize PPM does not see it as their responsibility to insure a safe 
place for my children, but this will come back to bite you - much as 
Richard Henson's behavior has come back to haunt him.

PPM doesn't have much of a reputation, here in Humboldt County.

It just takes ONE unhappy customer to utterly finish the job.
